Michigan residents only need to come to our Franklin county probate court to get their marriage license to be married in our county, then just walk in here any time the probate court is open, no appointment needed 8-6 Mon-Fri. We're only 10 minutes north of the Franklin county probate court in Columbus Ohio and you drive right past us on the way back to Michigan. We're right beside the I-71 freeway ramp at route 161 (Dublin-Granville Road). Route 23 is just 2 minutes down 161 if your driving up 23 north back to Michigan.

Ohio Law requires only that you get your marriage license
in Columbus at the Franklin county probate court to get married here and the
address is 373 south High Street Columbus, Ohio 43215. Go to the 23rd floor.
Once there, you will only need $65, A valid Michigan ID and if either of you
have been married before, a certified copy of your last divorce decree. After
that you will receive your marriage license in just 10 to 15 minutes and be on
your way here. You can save a few minutes by going online at
https://probate.franklincountyohio.gov/departments/marriage.cfm
and just click
the marriage application link. For the name on the person officiating the
wedding on the application, just put American Ministries as they know who we
are.
Once you receive your marriage license
our fee to marry the two of you is only $40 for a quick I-Do's or we'll do the vows and ring exchange at no
extra cost and you can bring up to 4 guests at no extra charge. Other places in
Columbus will charge $65 to 200 or more for the same service. Our price is the
same anytime Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 1-5 except holidays.
